The Imperial-Mexicali Binational Alliance (IMBA) was established on September 18, 2013 via a Memorandum of Understanding signed by:
Purpose of IMBA
Imperial-Mexicali Binational Alliance seeks to work together on issues pertaining to logistics and international crossings, economic development, and environmental issues.
The objective of the Alliance is not to replace existing organizations or agencies but instead to increase local participation and cooperation focused on our regional growth and development.
